Zoo class

Edie is enrolled in ZoosTwos, or some such name, which is a class for - you guessed it - two year olds at the Nashville Zoo.  Each week, they talk about a different sense (this week it was sight), explore that sense a bit, meet an animal or two whose sense is notable in some way or another, and then make a craft.  Her dad took her the first week.  And that was good. I took her this week. And I am very tired now.  But it was fun.  She met a Flemish rabbit named Pheasant and a Rose Hair tarantula named Sir Rantula.  The bunny was very big. The tarantula was unsettling.  Afterwards, we went to the zoo proper, wherein we visited goats and I pleaded with my pants to defy gravity and just stay up for once.  Suspenders should be acceptable maternity wear.
