We had a quiet Christmas this year since we stayed in Nashville. Though we missed our family, it was very nice to sleep in, spend time together, and even get to a few chores that have been sitting on our lists for several months now. Edie's Christmas book this year was "If You Give a Dog a Donut," which she calls "woof-woof-nut." A new book and some pancakes, plus mild enough weather to go to the playground? All in all, a good day!
